I don’t believe in calorie counting or creating lists of restrictions or “good” and “bad” foods. I don’t believe in going hungry or relying on willpower and deprivation.
I think we can all agree we’re sick of that and it doesn’t work! You get short-term results and end up stuck in a vicious cycle of losing and gaining. And feeling like you failed… again.
If it’s miserable, it’s not sustainable. Period!
My approach is to focus on ADDING IN the foods and lifestyle choices that your body needs, which will naturally CROWD OUT the unhealthy stuff. When your body receives the balance and nourishment it is craving, you will have less room and less desire for unhealthy foods. Your cravings (and your weight) will naturally go down. And stay that way!
My coaching focuses on overall wellness, not just diet. I practice a holistic approach to health, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
The result is feeling confident, empowered, and in control of your health and your life!
