Baked Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

- 4 6- oz. Wild Caught Salmon Filets
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
Creamy Dill Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise optional
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh or Dried Dill
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Season tops of salmon (non-skin side) with salt & pepper, then drizzle with lemon and olive oil
- Bake in greased baking dish in preheated oven for about 12 minutes (10 minutes for every inch of thickness) or until flaky.
- Serve topped with creamy dill sauce.
For the sauce:
- Mix together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (optional), dill, honey, and lemon juice. Add salt & pepper to taste. Store in refrigerator.
