Baked Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

  • 4 6- oz. Wild Caught Salmon Filets
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper

Creamy Dill Sauce

  • 1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise optional
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh or Dried Dill
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Season tops of salmon (non-skin side) with salt & pepper, then drizzle with lemon and olive oil
  • Bake in greased baking dish in preheated oven for about 12 minutes (10 minutes for every inch of thickness) or until flaky.
  • Serve topped with creamy dill sauce.

For the sauce:

  • Mix together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (optional), dill, honey, and lemon juice. Add salt & pepper to taste. Store in refrigerator.
