How many times have you been totally pumped (pun intended!) to start exercising regularly. Gone to the gym or for a walk a couple of times. Then, welllllllll, just got kinda busy, or tired, or it was too hot or [insert excuse here]?
It’s so hard to stay motivated, especially when you’re adding something new to your already pages-long to-do list. And, to be honest, when exercise isn’t your favorite thing to do.
