Do you find yourself cringing at your reflection every time you walk by a window? Struggling to find something in your closet that doesn’t make you look fat?

I’ve struggled with poor body image my whole life and I know how damaging it is.

love what you see in the mirror

Through years of doing my own inner work (yes, it takes years), I’ve learned that being skinny or getting “there” isn’t the answer.

You think if you could just lose x number of pounds or just get into a size x, then everything will fall into place and you’ll live happily ever after.

That is total BS!

If you keep listening to that harsh inner critic that tells you you aren’t good enough, you’ll never be happy. You will always fall short because you’ll keep setting the bar higher, striving for perfection, which doesn’t exist.

You have to cultivate true self love, acceptance and compassion. I know, I know, it sounds totally cliche  What the hell does “love yourself” even mean?

Watch my video where I’ll explain: My Message to You About Body Love

You are amazing as you are RIGHT NOW, JUST AS YOU ARE IN THIS EXACT MOMENT.

You have done and are doing amazing things – raising kids, building a successful career, caring for your home and family and a million other things!

You are not a failure because you’re not a size whatever or because you don’t have “willpower” or haven’t been able to stick to a diet.

You are where you are for very good reasons. Life happens and shit happens and we’re all doing the best we can.

You are fierce and beautiful!!

You are beautiful just as you are

Believe it BECAUSE IT IS TRUE!!

Celebrate the incredible woman you are and how far you have come. Every step you take to go further is just icing on the cake!

But don’t eat cake. Sorry I said cake. Dammit I keep saying cake!!! 🙂

How do you feel when you see yourself in the mirror? What words are you saying to yourself every day?
