Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 8 oz cup of hot, brewed coffee
- ½ cup almond or coconut milk, warmed
- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey
- cinnamon and/or pumpkin pie spice to taste
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend for a few seconds until frothy. Sprinkle with additional spices if desired.
