Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • ½ scoop (approx. 2 tbsp) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of ground ginger
  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
