Baked Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Season tops of salmon (non-skin side) with salt & pepper, then drizzle with lemon and olive oil
Bake in greased baking dish in preheated oven for about 12 minutes (10 minutes for every inch of thickness) or until flaky.
Serve topped with creamy dill sauce.
For the sauce:
Mix together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (optional), dill, honey, and lemon juice. Add salt & pepper to taste. Store in refrigerator.
