Beginning February 6, I will host a live online webinar each week for six weeks, focused on a variety of topics aimed at totally transforming your weight and your health.

Can’t attend the classes live? No worries. I will send out a recording so you won’t miss a thing.

I will be moderating the group and be available for any questions or concerns you have along the way.
