What are some of the things that you want to achieve in your life? Whether they’re personal goals, professional goals, weight loss goals, and so much more, we all have a few things we want to work toward in our lives.

But, sometimes we have that negative, inner voice in our head that is holding us back, preventing us from living the life that we truly want to live. What if I told you that you have everything you need within you to start living the life you’re destined for?

Navigating the need for acceptance.

While the root cause of our limiting beliefs can stem from many different things, it often lies in the need for wanting to feel accepted. Where do we seek acceptance? We often seek acceptance through other people and in things other than ourselves.

As a society, we’ve grown accustomed to the idea that in order for us to achieve what we want, we need other people’s validation, acceptance, and permission to be able to feel confident in what we want. But, when we start to do this, we lose confidence in ourselves and it can often lead us to a dark and lonely place.

You are meant for more.

The truth is, that in spite of this need for acceptance, our biggest mistake is ignoring our inner voice and our own sense of self-acceptance. Whether you are working towards a better body, a better relationship, a career, a home, or more, it is crucial that we remind ourselves that we are meant for more.

Everything that we want to do or be is all within us. It’s all about putting in the work, time and effort to get more comfortable with this reality. While it may be hard to ignore that inner voice trying to convince you that you’re not worthy or good enough, the journey is possible and a lot of good can come from it.

Tapping into your intuition.

So, how can you use that inner voice and spark within you to guide yourself to a better life? Start putting in the work and asking yourself questions.

Think about what makes your soul happy. Ask yourself, what is the body that you want to be housed in? How much do you want your body to weigh? What do you want your body to look like?

Anytime those negative thoughts start to intrude, it’s all about using the power within us to ignore those negative thoughts and believing that we are capable and destined for more. It’s about getting into complete alignment about what we truly want in our lives, taking action, and watching it all fall into place.

Release your emotional weight.

You may be asking yourself, “What does spiritual work have to do with my weight loss journey?” It actually has a lot more correlation than you may think.

At the end of the day, releasing emotional weight or any negative weight that is holding you back can actually lead you to release physical weight.

It’s vital that we listen to our own bodies and intuition because what works for someone else may not work for everybody. We’re all unique in our own ways and have our own needs, likes, and dislikes.

As soon as you start to tap into your intuition, listen more to yourself and what your body wants, you can start to embark on a transformative journey that will reveal your true potential. Keep your eye on your purpose, and watch things start to come into fruition.
